Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and implement student-centered lessons that demonstrate a deep understanding of academic disciplines, curriculum, instruction, child development, and educational best practices.
- Maintain documentation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
- Track and support individual student progress and achievement.
- Regularly communicate with families about classroom happenings and student development through conferences, email, and reports.
- Guide students in their social-emotional learning, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities.
