A Day in the Life

• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead marketing efforts to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.
• Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee digital, print, social media, and event-based marketing efforts to maximize outreach and impact.
• Leverage Data for Success: Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies, improve user experience, and enhance member satisfaction.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with leadership, sales team, and cross-functional departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
• Engage with Members & Community: Strengthen relationships through effective communications, public relations efforts, and advocacy initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field, plus a minimum of eight years of experience, including five years in a leadership role or a combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: Certified Cooperative Communicator designation preferred. 
• Skills: Expertise in branding, digital marketing, and public relations, with strong analytical abilities to optimize strategies. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management platforms, marketing analytics, and emerging digital trends. Proven leadership, team management, and collaboration skills. Excellent communication and strategic thinking to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday at the Braham, MN Headquarters building. 
• Hybrid Option: This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
