Member Services Coordinator Reports to: Senior Director of Membership Classification: Exempt Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
Position Summary The International Economic Development Council (IEDC), the largest professional association for economic development professionals of its kind, seeks a Member Services Coordinator to provide excellent customer service to its members, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. The coordinator manages account details, promotes membership benefits, and ensures a positive member experience. Through personalized interactions and proactive outreach: this individual will serve as a dedicated concierge/host for fostering loyalty and retention. This role is critical in supporting the organization’s mission by enhancing the overall membership experience and fostering strong relationships with members. The ideal candidate will be an excellent and detailed communicator, highly relational, and possess a strong customer-service orientation. Areas of Responsibility Member Support & Engagement

Job Location This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. Candidates will be required to travel, as required, for meetings, conferences, or team events. Candidates within commuting distance of Washington, DC are considered local and have the option to work from IEDC’s offices.
