The Executive Director of Athletics will champion student-athlete success and ensure financial sustainability, community engagement and programming excellence. This role reports to the President. Eastside Catholic is committed to an athletic program of excellence. The primary goal of the Athletic Department is to establish championship programs while building values in our student athletes. We aim to develop young athletes for college-level competitions and beyond while ensuring every student has meaningful opportunities to engage in sports. The Executive Director of Athletics will lead a strong middle and high school pipeline, fostering talent, building skills and inspiring a lifelong passion for sports through strategic leadership, program development and mentorship.
