New Hanover County is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Educator to join our dynamic Public Health Department. In this role, you will promote the quality and safety of nursing services by providing clinical nursing expertise and training to public health nurse staff. This position is responsible for the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program for nurses and healthcare staff in accordance with healthcare standards. As a key collaborator with program managers, you will help resolve challenges, ensuring continuous growth and success within the program. Must be available to work during emergency situations.Salary Information: The hiring range for this position begins at $65,232. Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget, and market considerations.
