POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Analyst will support the asset management activities of Cypress and its affiliates. The candidate will be responsible for the financial modeling, management of capital transactions (loans, pad sales, etc.), communications with lenders and partners, and other related responsibilities in support of existing portfolio and new opportunities across the United States. ESSENTIAL DUTIES The position will work with all levels in the organization including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Managing Directors, and Directors with deal screening, underwriting, due diligence, and the asset management of various investments.
