Professional Position Details: The Opportunity: Under the administrative direction of the General Manager of the (Job A/Southside Market: Southside Cafe, Flix Cafe & Coug Eats, and SS Market; Job B/CUB: CUB Dining Operations) ensures clean, efficient, friendly and courteous service. Provides immediate supervision and administrative support those units. Responsible for providing direct supervision to employees, to include hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating and disciplining employees for the operation. Responsible for programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting the integrated cash register system. Contributes to a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment. Must possess a general understanding that Dining Services is an evolving ever-changing operation designed to react to trends and new information to meet and exceed our guests' expectations. To support WSU's ability to attract talent in a competitive job market, this recruitment has been approved for a hiring incentive payment of up to $5,700.00. Additional Information: This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $4,508 - $6,763 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
