Manager of Member Services

At Southwestern Electric Cooperative, we power more than just homes - we power communities, progress, and possibilities. As our Manager of Member Services, you'll play an essential role in driving the cooperative's community engagement activities and promoting the cooperative within the community.

Essential Duties:

• Serves as the member advocate by addressing member inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests.
• Seeks out opportunities for community engagement and works to develop and promote youth programs, educational enrichment programs, safety programs, and special projects beneficial to the Cooperative's membership.
• Recommends action on donations and other community support activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, communication, business, political science, or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience in leading projects and coordinating events is required.
