March 17, 2025 at 11:59 PMABOUT THE POSITION This position provides tactical and operational leadership and management of the college?s concurrent enrollment program in support of the college?s strategic framework, equity goals, and being a student-ready campus. In an increasingly competitive landscape, the college is positioning itself to be the high school partner of choice.This is a large and complex program. Concurrent enrollment is a significant and growing component of Normandale?s overall enrollment. In FY2024, the program served nearly 2,000 students (unduplicated) for over 8,400 college credits (or 280 FYE). Concurrent enrollment program growth and student conversion to degree-seeking status are key components of the college?s 2022 ? 2025 Strategic Enrollment Management plan. Normandale?s concurrent enrollment program also contributes to achievement of Normandale?s strategic goals: most directly, to achieving racial equity in educational outcomes by 2025, and to supporting and sustaining a culturally competent and service-oriented college culture.This position:Establishes this business unit?s goals and work plans.Establishes and oversees operating procedures and processes for all functions.Maintains specialized accreditation with the National Association of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) for concurrent enrollment.Manages annual non-personnel budget of $27,000 and personnel budget of $210,000. Provides lead work direction to 21 Concurrent Enrollment Faculty Mentors (MSCF), 1 FTE @ MAPE 2, and 1 FTE AFSCME.Minimum QualificationsMust have two (2) years of experience with concurrent enrollment (CE) and/or post-secondary education options (PSEO) programs, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of experience.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and appropriately use it in decision making.Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to successfully develop and execute initiatives or projects.Demonstrated ability to create reports and presentations to satisfy stakeholder requirements.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Preferred QualificationMaster?s degree in business, higher education administration, or other relevant field.Experience with accreditation, ideally NACEP.Experience working with high schools.Familiarity with the barriers encountered by underrepresented students in accessing education and strategies for mitigating them.Budget management experience.Experience providing work direction.Other RequirementsThe College regrets that it is unable to offer H-1B sponsorship at this time.
