Position Title:CRM Systems Analyst IIIJob Group:Professional & ScientificRequired Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting recruitment efforts in a higher education admissions officeExperience working with undergraduate admissions policies and procedures Experience, education or training in project management CRM system expertise, preferably Salesforce Experience as a Salesforce Administrator Job Description:As a Systems Analyst III, you'll lead and mentor a team while managing and optimizing the Salesforce CRM system for the Office of Admissions. Your role involves creating and enforcing system procedures, collaborating with campus partners and vendors, and developing solutions to improve system performance and reliability. You'll act as the subject matter expert, providing training and support, and overseeing CRM governance meetings. Additionally, you'll design and implement system updates, manage user roles and data governance, and create communication campaigns, reports, and dashboards to support recruitment efforts. Effective project management and documentation are also key aspects of this position. Develops system logic to achieve optimum throughput. Prepares and conducts system and programming tests for Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM software. Reviews potential applications that interact with CRM. Works on assignments that are generally of a difficult technical nature and may involve project leadership activities. Collects and writes technical requirements for new systems. Designs, implements, maintains and supports enterprise systems infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, software and services. Troubleshoots complex problems involving multiple systems and working with vendor support to implement fixes. Interfaces with network, security, identity, and support teams to develop sustainable solutions for campus use. Provide end-user support and training and interact with stakeholders with a varying levels of technical skills. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
