![]() Inaugural Dean, College of Health and Human Services Empire State University seeks an experienced and accomplished leader to serve as the Inaugural Dean for the College of Health and Human Services. This newly formed college integrates the School of Nursing and Allied Health, Department of Human Services, and Department of Child and Family Studies. The college elevates the university's ability to align education with workforce needs in healthcare, community and human services and will serve more than 2,400 students currently enrolled in its programs. The Inaugural Dean will lead the strategic vision, academic quality, enrollment management, program development, and external engagement efforts for the college. Essential to this role is the leadership related to guiding institutional innovation and growth, particularly in online education, workforce development, interdisciplinary program expansion as well as commitment to shared governance and faculty and staff success. The Inaugural Dean will report directly to the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. Key Responsibilities: Student Success & Program Innovation:

Additional Information: Rank/Salary: Management-Confidential / $170,000-$180,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
