Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager Department: Program Management Reports To: Director, Program Management FLSA Status: Exempt JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities related to the effective and successful implementation and on-going management of the Fidelity Scholars program including the planning, coordination and execution of the application process. Responsibilities include input in the development of program policies and procedures, capturing institutional knowledge, developing and analyzing program data reports utilizing UNCF’s Salesforce CRM systems including excel and interacting with donors, students, and institutional & interdepartmental staff to carry out, maintain and grow the Fidelity Scholars Program. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Leads the development and upkeep of the FSP operations and administrative manuals. Regularly meet with the Director, develop departmental program data reports, and coordinate the administration of department’s work within FSP staff, keeping them appraised of developments related to the program’s policies and programming. Respond to stakeholder (divisional staff, institutions, grantors, development, scholarships and programs, etc.) and maintain appropriate records in UNCF’s Salesforce CRM. Assist FSP Director with program planning, development and management of all administrative functions including budget reconciliation, application launch, screening, evaluation and selection. Collaborate with outreach/recruitment to provide support for program recruitment goals Assists with the planning and implementation of application evaluation and scholar selection process Provides oversite to Relationship Managers administering multiple application cycles Collaborate with stakeholders to design and support implementation of innovative programs/activities that enhance leadership, academic and professional development for Scholars and Alumni. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May supervise one or more professional and/or administrative level staff.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; Master’s degree preferred, with 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end program administration and/or management, and familiarity with curriculum in secondary and higher education. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience with the development and administration of a culturally competent curriculum for college students’ development and application of skills needed for college enrollment, completion, career exploration and job attainment. Understanding of the certificate, two and four-year college and college admissions and financial aid process. Ability to participate and lead the development of program research and evaluation by organizing the collection of data, sharing in the analysis and evaluation and providing on time submission of understandable reports. Ability to develop and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and to document business processes and records with an attention to detail. Ability to develop, refine and track and review key performance indicators and metrics related to program performance and outcome. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to exercise sound professional judgement and to work both collaboratively and independently. Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing tasks and to meet high expectations for successful performance while maintaining integrity and transparency. Ability to affirmatively and supportively supervise a staff member(s) and to evaluate staff performance. Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Salesforce software experience desired. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft O365 apps, products, and services including Excel and PowerPoint (Power Bi desired).
