Job Purposes::

Required Qualifications::

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Exercise Science, Public Health, Business, Management, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in listed fields and 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare or wellness program management
• Strong understanding of community health principles
• Excellence in stakeholder relationship management
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Essential Functions and percent of time::

• Plan, manage, and direct the business of the Cancer Wellness Resource Center related to operations, budget, personnel
• Support the Program Director in problem-solving, project planning, and management
• Oversee daily operations across multiple service locations (WSU campus, Premier Health facilities, YMCA, and community sites) including prioritizing needs, delegating tasks, and troubleshooting problems as they arise
• Coordinate with facility partners to ensure proper space utilization and equipment maintenance
• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation including preparation of reports for data analysis and monitoring of financial resources. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supervise scheduling of facilities and programming across all locations
• Coordinate with Premier Health team members for seamless service delivery
• Manage inventory and equipment needs
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve day-to-day efficiency and client experience
