The Graphic Design & Production Coordinator will provide coordination of University Marketing and Public Relations daily support functions, including opening jobs, maintaining project management system, pulling weekly traffic reports and overdue tasks lists, assisting with department traffic meetings. As jobs are completed, properly archiving in system. Based on media schedules and insertion orders, ensuring that all jobs are opened to meet ad deadlines. Assisting with proofing, design, layouts, file preparation and production for a wide range of print and/or web related materials as well as other creative support. Essential duties:
