Revenue Cycle Operations Manager - Surgical ICU

Responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate and lead meetings with revenue cycle management vendors and establish accountability for delivery of outputs and analysis on a timely basis.
• Manage assigned day to day revenue cycle functions and team members.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and the rules and regulations therein.
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) process for coding.
• Manage projects specific to revenue cycle improvement, implementation, and transition.
• Draft policies and procedures for managing processes associated with specific payers.
• Educate physicians and staff on best practices.
• Work with finance and operations to develop standard client performance analytics, dashboards, drill path and alerts necessary to proactively identify issues with performance.
• Provide routine updates on client performance.
• Contribute to new and organic business growth plans, including operationalizing the end-to-end revenue cycle function for incremental volumes and standardization of processes
