Shift: Days

Location: Home Health visits in Jackson or Clay County depending on RN.

The role you’ll contribute:

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. This role is accountable for engaging in professional nursing activities as identified and planned by the R.N. Case Manager in the Patient Care Plan, aiming to maximize function within the home environment, restore health, or assist in facilitating a peaceful death.

• Organize and implement individual patient care based on ongoing interpretation of physiological, psychological, sociological deficits affecting the state of health

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate's of Nursing 
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Valid in state Driver’s License with current car insurance
• Registered Nurse – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure In Florida

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Nursing
• 1 year acute care experience
