Wellness Associate II - Health Screener and Educator

Job SummaryOur successful candidate will provide screening and education services to our campuses and clinics throughout our Geisinger Central Region. They will also partner when needed for community events. (Montour County and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania)Job DutiesServes community or practice/facility-based population management initiatives including on site programs, screening services, fitness classes, evidence based program facilitation and program development for the wellness team and partners. Responsible for the development and oversight, as well as implementation of health and wellness programs at the facility as well as surrounding community initiatives.
Position DetailsThis position will travel throughout the community. Work hours vary including early mornings, occasional weekends, and occasional evenings.
