![]() Lead Development Coordinator Job Identification: 18305 Posting Date: Job Schedule: Locations: Degree Level: Job Description: What We're Looking For This position will support the mission of Baylor University by providing a high level of support, in a fast-paced environment, to the Assistant Vice President for Principal Gifts and a designated group of development officers to help ensure that meetings, correspondence, and other interactions with colleagues, donors, and prospective donors are productive and result in principal/major gift commitments. A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. Five or more years of experience are preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of the educational requirement. A hybrid work arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. What You Will Do
