Scope of duties for the position:

• preparation of calculations and tax returns (VAT, CIT)
• preparation of reporting to the Central Statistical Office, Slovak National Bank & ECB and other statutory requirements
• valuation of settlements
• analysis of accounting accounts and implementation of the month-end closing procedure
• control and reconciliation of receivables and payables balances
• reconciling data with the finance department
• preparation of financial statements
• reporting to external clients
• cooperation with audit
   

Personality requirements and skills

• min. 4 years of experience in accounting
• knowledge of the provisions of the Accounting Act and IFRS standards
• knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (VAT and CIT Acts)
• experience in maintaining full accounting of the company, reporting to the IFRS group, NBP and GUS
• knowledge of English (at least B1 level)
• knowledge of accounting issues in the real estate industry will be an additional asset
• very good work organization
• ability to work in a team
