Senior Systems Administrator
American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA)
Role and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the director of information technology, the senior systems administrator manages the technical configuration of and provides end user support for ATSSA’s Association Management System; supports and leads software implementation projects; integrates software systems; and resolves complex technical challenges. The senior systems administrator will initially manage and support ATSSA’s current Association Management System, Altai Systems built on Dynamics 365. In 2025, ATSSA will select and begin implementing a new AMS. This role will have a key role in the implementation and will support the new AMS after the transition. AMS Administration (70%)

Education and Experience Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology management, or accounting; at least three years of experience administering or implementing Association Management Systems or similar software; and certifications relevant to AMS/CRM software are preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Work Location Successful candidates will live within 60 miles of Fredericksburg, Virginia and be willing to report to the Fredericksburg, Virginia office at least once per week.
