Chief Financial Officer

Rural Electric Cooperative located in Lindsay, Oklahoma is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer.  

The CFO will have a thorough knowledge of financial operations, including accounting, finance, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, strategic planning, cash management, audits and financial accounting software.

Duties include maintaining financial records, accounting services, budgeting, short/long term financial planning, equity management, regulatory reporting, risk management, inventory oversight, forcasting, payroll, plus providing financial reports/analysis to the CEO and the Board.

Must have at least 10 years' experience as a financial/accounting professional in a supervisory position. Experience with an electric utility or CPA firm with utility focus is preferred. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Advanced degree and CPA are highly preferred.
