Practice Manager Primary Care

West County Medical Associates and Family Practice at Missouri Baptist offices are hiring a shared Practice Manager to supervise 2 practice teams. You will ensure consistent processes and a strong cross-team work culture across teams Supervise around 24 employees while ensuring the practices run efficiently and smoothly utilizing best practices for excellent patient, employee and provider experiences. 

Schedule 

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some late meetings. 

Supervisor on-call; generally mornings for team member call-ins as needed

Associated Internist is located in Town & Country, MO on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and focuses on Internal Medicine.

Role Purpose

The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
