JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Financial modeling and analysis
• Working with large amounts of data to formulate into actionable insights
• Market research and strategy formulation for prospective investment ventures
• Preparation of marketing materials and conference presentations
• Portfolio allocation analysis and market/investment recommendations
• New investment idea generation/vetting
• Strategic and operational analysis of existing venture performance
• Thought leadership in cultivating the âœHouse Viewâ
• Creating new tools to value and underwrite new geographies, products and investment opportunities
• Corporate strategy support regarding the deployment of balance sheet capital in accretive opportunities focused on product expansion and the enhancement of Greystarâ™s current capabilities

Qualifications:

• One or more years of work experience in financial services (e.g. investment banking, consulting)
• A bachelorâ™s degree is required in finance, accounting, business, real estate, economics, or related field
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
