JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Greystar is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join as an Analyst within our Research and Strategy Group. The Research and Strategy Group is focused on the formulation, capitalization, and deployment of Greystarâ™s global investment strategies as well as overseeing Greystarâ™s ongoing market research across the globe. The team works to create new underwriting tools, synthesize proprietary data to formulate âœHouse Views,â and improve the global investment process. The team collaborates with senior management to lead corporate and enterprise strategic opportunities as well as data strategy.This role will work cross-functionally to support financial, operational, and strategic analysis across Greystarâ™s global business, providing a candidate broad exposure to the firm. The position needs an intellectually curious individual who can assess projects through different viewpoints including that of the end-consumer, real estate investor, and corporate finance professional. Prior investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience is required with a preference towards those with a demonstrated interest in real estate.
