Job Description: Provide business objectives and financial guidance by driving and supporting the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for cost categories including headcount, operating expenses and capital expenditures.

Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 2 years of work experience in financial or program cost analysis-related occupation.
