Your resume should be in a Word or PDF formatJOB SUMMARY Assists the nursing staff and patients with basic care needs, implementing orders, and evaluating care for various patients within the facility. Reports directly to the charge nurse and Clinical Director of the unit. This position works in conjunction with other members of nursing service, ancillary services, physicians, patients, and families. It collaborates with various members of the healthcare team to ensure quality of care across the continuum. Requires the ability to be self-directed and quality focused. Schedule: Full-Time Nights: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am Rotating weekends and holidays *Set schedules are not available. Schedules are determined by unit clinical staffing needs. Unit: One West unit, also known as 1W. Adult patients being treated under an Observation status (stay <48 hours) and COVID+/ Rule-out COVID diagnosis. The unit comprises 10 observation beds, 4 COVID beds and 2 flex beds depending on use. This floor was designed to meet the needs of our community. Qualifications: Mandatory: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and one of the three below:
