Position Summary: Rutgers School of Nursing is seeking a Manager, Grants & Contracts located in Newark, NJ . Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Grants and Contracts oversees the grants and contracts lifecycle as it relates to Research and Sponsored Projects within the School of Nursing. Provides full oversight of all grant post award administration for the School of Nursing and provides independent accounting and budgeting support to Directors and Principal Investigators. Manages all aspects that fall within the post-award category, overseeing the allocation of salaries to grants and to ensure consistent reconciliation of all sponsored projects and projects related to research activities. Manages the Effort reporting process, working with supporting staff and PIs to ensure timely allocation of effort on projects. Coordinates Effort Certification and Reporting Technology (ECRT) certifications in line with the University's required timeline. Duties include:
