![]() Payroll Analyst 3 Job ID: Location: Riverside Area Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Category: Accounting and Finance Salary: $61,000 - $106,800 Full/Part Time: Full-time(100%) Organization: Planning Budget & Administration Department: Asirra Suguitan Application Deadline: Open Until Filled Position Information: Under the general direction of the Payroll Systems Coordination Supervisor, the Payroll Analyst 3 is responsible for the coordination of payroll activities between employees, departments, shared services, and the UCPath Center. Confirmation of General Ledger (GL), creation of multiple monthly payroll and cost transfer journal feeds. Coordination of payroll and GL issue resolution with the UCPath Center, analysis of payroll transactions for completeness. Completion of complex payroll expense transfers, preparation of manual journal corrections and documentation of UCPath system errors, establishment of complex payroll position funding, analysis of payroll funding discrepancies, cross-functional support of the Accounting and Payroll Coordination & Analysis unit. Respond to Shared Service Center inquiries on payroll and all payroll related matters. This role is critical in maintaining the support level to employees, campus departments, and the shared services center. The full salary range for the Payroll Analyst 3 is $61,000 - $106,800 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $83,900 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
