We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Specialist. This role is essential in supporting systems and processes across our financial and administrative operations. You’ll work as a part of our accounting & administrative team, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, optimizing processes, and maintaining standards across multiple areas of the business. A strong focus on organization, accuracy, and process management is key.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), including processing incoming payments and managing past-due accounts.
• Prepare monthly billing, credit card statement packets, bank deposits, and journal entries for revenue recognition.
• Manage business insurance renewals, state compliance, and operational licensing.
• Assist with contract processing for the sales team, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
• Complete general accounting-related activities. 
• Launch advertising campaigns ensuring contract deliverables are met. 

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or business administration/operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial transactions with accuracy.
• Experience with AP/AR, revenue recognition, and business compliance processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Details: 

• This full-time position is based in Temecula, California.
• We determine compensation by looking at market benchmarks and taking into account role, background, skills, and experience to place employees within a fair market range. For this position, the salary range starts with a base of $50K – $75K annually.
