The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success provides strategic leadership to institutional student enrollment and retention planning and effectiveness, management of enrollment and retention related operations and departments, and related data collection and analysis. Major units and responsibilities include Admissions; Registrar, Off-Campus Recruitment, Military Recruitment, Enrollment Support Services, and Academic Advising. The AVP?s portfolio includes the Office for Early College Initiatives (a unit of the Office for Admissions) for pre-college pathway efforts. The AVP is accountable for the effective leadership, determination, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of institutional strategies and the accomplishment of all strategic student enrollment and retention outcomes. The Associate Vice President also leads long-term, data-informed enrollment planning efforts, using forecasting models, market and demographic analysis, and scenario planning to align with institutional priorities. In collaboration with Institutional Research and Financial Aid, the AVP develops strategies to optimize net tuition revenue, manages the full enrollment funnel (from inquiry to enrollment), and ensures the integration of technological tools-including CRM systems, predictive analytics, and reporting dashboards-to inform decision-making and track progress against goals. Reporting to the Provost, the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success serves as the chief enrollment management officer. The Associate Vice President is responsible for student recruitment and retention and plays a pivotal role in shaping the university?s student body ensuring their success from recruitment through to graduation. The AVP works closely and collaboratively with the Division for Student Affairs and the Office for Strategic Equity Initiatives on student retention efforts and programs.
