Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Senior Patient Service Representative functions as a subject matter expert on administrative tasks supporting the physician office. This position maintains a strong knowledge of and trains new and/or junior level team members on work processes. This position also serves as a point of escalation on complex work situations.
