Business Manager

The Business Manager role is new at Notre Dame, and is the result of a decision to expand the school’s
current finance team. The position offers the opportunity to participate in finance projects from budget
through audit, and to help design work-flows that are more efficient and secure. The business manager
will work alongside a small, dedicated and friendly team of administrators in a collegial environment.
The role will also involve interactions with teachers, students, parents and vendors. The department
will possibly be assuming some oversight over facilities: experience with building management will be
viewed favorably. This is a full-time, full-year, in-person position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounts payable, including credit cards.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Assist with financial modelling and with the preparation of the annual budget.
• Assist with surveys and other requests for information.
• Assist with the annual financial audit.
• Help design and implement financial controls.
• Other finance and facilities projects as needed.
