The Title IX Coordinator provides strategic leadership and oversight of the College’s Title IX program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Professional Development, this role is responsible for assessing compliance, revising and implementing policies, coordinating investigations, managing case resolution, and leading campus-wide education and training initiatives. In addition to Title IX-related responsibilities, the Title IX Coordinator may also conduct non-Title IX personnel investigations as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources or Supervisor. Working closely with Human Resources colleagues and legal counsel, they will provide guidance on employment-related policies and regulatory requirements. This position requires an exercise of strong judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive issues with professionalism and care. The Title IX Coordinator is a key resource for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a fair, supportive, and compliant process while fostering a campus environment prioritizing respect, equity, and safety.
