Full-Time: Student Services Generalist

As a Full-Time Student Services Generalist, you will be responsible for performing a broad scope of front-line student support operations. You will serve as a first-stop point of contact for new students and community members, in person, online or by telephone, by disseminating college information including academic programs, registration processes, financial aid general information, and student accounts. For more complex problems, this position will refer persons to the appropriate subject matter expert for resolution. The Generalist helps students navigate systems and processes so that students learn how to advocate for themselves. This position's overall success lies in being the 'point person' to provide prospective and existing UCC students with exceptional customer service in key areas of operation from enrollment through degree/certificate/program completion.
