POSITION SUMMARY The Enterprise Applications Analyst works within the Enterprise Systems team and with business office constituents to design, support, and extend enterprise applications within the college. The analyst actively advances and promotes Le Moyne's mission, Catholic and Jesuit identity, Ignatian pedagogy, and commitment to social justice and care for the whole person. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Job duties specific to this position: -
Collaborate closely with College departments to assess business processes, workflows, and data needs. Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver solutions that align with institutional goals and objectives -
Provide level 2 support for assigned enterprise applications. May function as primary support for some systems -
Gather and document requirements from stakeholders -
Create thorough system documentation including common issues and solutions -
Partner with other members of IT to design, test, and deploy effective system solutions. -
Perform application system maintenance activities including error/issue analysis and resolution, functional configuration, application of enhancements or updates, and system security maintenance. -
Facilitate seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Train end-users, ensuring they understand system functionality and promoting the effective use of technology -
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution. Track progress and deliverables, ensuring they stay aligned with established timelines -
Prepare reports to meet data needs for College departments utilizing established or institutional -
Apply system knowledge (e.g. Workday and Ellucian Colleague) to recommend business process improvements and increase efficiency and accuracy. -
Regularly assess and evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency. -
Recommend and implement system upgrades or new technologies to drive continuous improvement -

Performs a variety of related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS -
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training -
3 years of experience in a professional environment. Experience in a higher ed environment is desirable -
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday or Ellucian Colleague -
Good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work with all levels of constituents of the College community -
Ability to work independently and to function effectively in team projects -
Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and requirements -
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies -
