Requisition Number: Staff_13871 Business Unit: College of Medicine Department: Surgery-Plastic&Reconstructive 50003931 Reg-Temp: Full-Time Regular Additional Information: Position Summary: Accountable to the Chief and Division Administrator within the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Responsible for managing Division resources efficiently and effectively, which includes monitoring of budgets, administration of personnel and responsibility for facility planning and allocation. Specifically, position is responsible for providing specialized administrative expertise and support for the entire Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery by working closely with and assisting the division administrator with many special projects including running monthly reports, assisting with division accounting/finance, and managing the division website. Position will also include direct physician support, supervision of one part-time staff member, and backup of other administrative staff in the division as needed. Clinical functions will include patient phone calls, new template building and edits, and other clinically related activities. Salary Range: $22.019 - $33.029/hourly
