Overview: Our sleep center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sleep Center Manager to oversee the operations and coordination of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, sleep study equipment, electronic health records (EHR), and practice management (PM) optimization. You will supervise billing processes and optimize reimbursements. Additionally, you will manage and hire clinical assistants to meet immediate growth needs. Experience in implementing CPAP programs, including extensive knowledge of CPAP equipment, ordering, and delivering to patients, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sleep medicine and experience in managing a sleep center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling, sleep study equipment, EHR, and PM optimization.
• Supervise billing processes and optimize reimbursements.
• Manage and hire clinical assistants to support growth.
• Implement CPAP programs, including ordering and delivering CPAP equipment to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care processes and streamline administrative tasks.
• Train staff, monitor performance metrics, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
