Additional Information About the Role Clinical Psychologist Manager: St. Louis Children’s Hospital Department of Psychology.
This new psychologist position at St. Louis Children’s Hospital expands the leadership team in the Department of Psychology. The Clinical Manager is responsible for direct leadership for the clinical providers in the department as well as providing clinical/administrative oversight. The department provides high quality, evidenced base care through its service lines for pediatric neuropsychology, pediatric psychology, and child clinical psychology across sites within the acute care hospital and ambulatory care centers. In partnership with the department’s business manager and behavioral health director, this role will drive efficient and effective practices for daily operations, quality, and revenue functions. In addition, this role will partner with other leaders across the hospital system to ensure essential integration of psychology with other services.
The SLCH Department of Psychology is comprised of pediatric and child clinical psychologists and pediatric neuropsychologists who hold clinical faculty appointments in the Washington University School of Medicine. For all positions, rich opportunities exist for providing post-doctoral supervision, training medical staff, and engaging in program development and research.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs psychological evaluations, assessments, psychotherapy and consultation during the course of treatment for patients and their families. Responsible for program development, management and effectiveness.
