Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The RCM Quality and Training function ensures RCM team members have the standard work, knowledge, skills, feedback, and resources to be successful. Quality drives the training content, and training ensures quality standards are met.The RCM Training Specialist has revenue cycle subject matter expertise, specifically in patient access and revenue management, along with an inherent ability to teach that expertise to others.Develops resources and facilitates participant-centered, application-based training programs for RCM team members and leaders. In coordination with leaders and quality specialists, develops and updates standard work documentation; ensures updates are communicated to all appropriate team members. Incorporates updates into training materials.Works with RCM leadership, operations management, trainers, and team members at all levels to assure training efforts result in achieving the quality metrics identified by leaders and quality specialists. Consults with leaders, quality specialists and other team members to identify performance gaps and root causes; partners to develop and implement mitigation plans.
