| The Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) is seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to serve as its next Deputy Chief of Finance. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the future of Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN) while driving financial excellence, innovation, and accountability across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President/CFO, the Deputy Chief of Finance plays a vital leadership role in the planning, management, and oversight of all finance and accounting functions, including operational and capital budgeting, forecasting, investment management, internal audits, debt service, and compliance. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; a CPA or MBA is preferred. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of eight years of progressive people management and financial experience, including three years’ experience at a commercial service airport.

Additional Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $127,920 - $191,880. A starting salary above the midpoint is achievable for an exceptional candidate and will be dependent upon experience. Additional annual compensation as an incentive bonus based on organizational performance is determined annually, as budget resources allow. A comprehensive benefits package includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, etc. Relocation is available for the selected candidate.
