Executive Director / Director of Clients
Impact Association Management
We are actively searching for a Director of Clients (DoC) to add to our team. As a member of Impact’s Management Team, this new role will be dedicated to developing and maintaining client-business relationships in addition to acting as the designated Executive Director for a limited number of Impact clients.

Director of Clients DutiesThe DoC serves as a liaison between Impact and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and client retention. The DoC is responsible for:

Required Experience:
