Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryLocated in the East Asian Library within January Hall, this position is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the East Asian Library public services. Provides general circulation and information services for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean- language collections; carries out course reserve, interlibrary loan and document delivery services; oversees stacks maintenance; assists with hiring, training, and supervising student assistants; and performs physical processing of all types of library materials. Reports to the East Asian Studies Librarian. Upon need, temporarily works the service desk at other university libraries.This position may include some evening and/or weekend hours on a prearranged schedule.
