Controller

Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to high-quality patient care and operational excellence. We’re seeking a skilled Controller to lead financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements; analyze performance against budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, manage AP/AR, and develop cash forecasts.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific financial regulations.
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
• Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights to leadership and support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and develop finance team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in healthcare finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, and financial systems.
• Skilled in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
