An Administrative Law Judge with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission presides over docketed proceedings and is responsible for the day-to-day management of cases assigned to them. To be successful in this position an Administrative Law Judge must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. An Administrative Law Judge must possess a Doctor of Jurisprudence and be a member of the Indiana State Bar in good standing.
