Endodontist

Endodontic & Periodontic Associates is a multispecialty practice celebrating our 55th anniversary in 2025. We are looking for Endodontists interested in Full or Part time employment.  Associate to partnership opportunities are available.   We have 5 offices located in the Southwest and Southeast suburbs of Chicago Illinois and 4 in Northwest Indiana.  We are not part of a DSO and are owned by doctors that deliver patient care daily in our practice.

 

Our practice infrastructure is made up of owner partner doctors, and associate doctors, that are working in the practice delivering patient care with the help of a full administrative team that runs all the business aspects.  This includes a CEO, Regional Front Desk Managers, Office Managers, Clinical Managers, an Accounts Payable and Receivable Department, and an Inventory Department.  This allows our doctors to be clinicians, and if interested, an opportunity to be an owner with the ability to help run the practice. 

 

We are looking for other clinicians that want to practice with the freedom and opportunities that we have enjoyed for the past 55 years.  We are continuing to expand and grow and are looking for Endodontists that would be interested in joining our team.  We offer a professional and ethical work environment. Our doctors practice the way they need to practice and are not told how to deliver patient care.  We have Microscopes and CBCT's in every office.

 

Our customer service oriented front desk help manage doctors schedules the way they like to deliver patient care, and we will provide trained Chairside Assistants and any supplies they need to deliver optimal treatment.  We have a competitive compensation package based on a percentage of net production with benefits that can include: 401K/Profit pension sharing plan; Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Malpractice Insurance.  We also have staff that will keep track of license and insurance renewals, CE credits, and any other related requirements that may arise for a practitioner.
