This role serves as a key part of the Member Services team, handling front-desk responsibilities and providing support for account inquiries, payments, service requests, and general office functions. Candidates should enjoy working with people, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for training and growth.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

  • Reliable transportation; must live within 30 minutes of assigned office

  • Must pass a physical exam and be subject to random drug screenings

  • Occasional overtime and after-hours work may be required during outages

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform general office tasks
