Affirmative Action No.:: 25P201 First Consideration Date:: 05/16/2025 Department:: Lake Campus Admin Position FTE:: 100% Minimum Annual or Hourly Rate: 50,000 Job Purposes:: Wright State University – Lake Campus has an enhanced mission to support the career and professional development needs of all students and alumni. The Assistant Director (Career Consultant) position will report to the Director, Workforce Development and Business Enterprise Center. The position will work collaboratively with the Director, faculty, and staff to coordinate and provide essential career readiness services which support the career, academic, personal, and professional preparation needs of students. Focus of the position is on career readiness, professional development, and experiential learning students at the Lake Campus. This position serves as a career advisor. In addition, the Assistant Director will partner with external and campus partners to increase participation in experiential learning opportunities throughout the university. Working Conditions:: Must be able to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
