If you enjoy hands-on tech work, troubleshooting on the fly, and ensuring events run smoothly, this is a fantastic opportunity to continue to develop your AV and leadership skills in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for events of all sizes and complexities Provide on-site support for events, ensuring all AV needs are met Supervise and train student technicians to assist with event setup Maintain AV equipment and assist with periodic upgrades and repairs
The ideal candidate will: Have an interest in AV technology and event coordination Be detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly to changing event needs Be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Example of Duties Researches, estimates, designs, plans, and installs technology systems. Plans and performs regular maintenance for classrooms, conference rooms and other campus spaces with audiovisual technology needs. Trains and mentors students and staff regarding technology issues. Ensures guidelines and protocols are met for all audiovisual systems. Collaborates with contractors as needed.
