Requisition Number: Staff_13900 Business Unit: College of Medicine Department: Surgery-Research 50003932 Reg-Temp: Full-Time Regular Additional Information: Position Summary: POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY Manage the day-to-day activity of the Surgery Clinical Research to ensure efficient clinical research operations and program grown spanning eleven divisions in the Department of Surgery. Provides leadership, financial planning and forecasting for the Department of Surgery, strategic planning and short/long term goals fostering collaborations among surgery investigators. Manages the life cycle of each clinical trial working directly with investigators, sponsors, other Universities, Clinical Research Center personnel, UNeHealth/SPA, accounting and IRB personnel to ensure optimal outcomes. Directs the research study team. Salary Range: $66,100 - $99,200/annual
