Inventory Supervisor (Full-Time, Days)

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of distribution experience, preferred
• Bachelor?s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Experience tracking and meeting KPI's preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift weights up to 50 pounds on a regular basis required.

Responsibilities

Role manages inventory initiatives and deployments including, DSCSA and Perpetual Inventory. Additional responsibilities are Profiling, Quality/Prep, Morgue Controllables, Recalls, Returns, Inbound and Outbound reconciliations and some compliance functions.

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations or business staff
• Administers and exercises policies and procedures
• Ensures employees operate within guidelines
• Decisions have a direct impact to work unit operations and customers
• Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels
• Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
