North Georgia Replacement Windows is seeking a purpose-driven, strategically minded, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to help lead our company through its next chapter of rapid growth and geographic expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, operational insight, and servant leadership—with a strong preference for experience in the home improvement or construction industry, especially those with long-cycle time projects and complex revenue timing. This executive will be an architect and builder—ready to roll up their sleeves and develop the financial and operational systems necessary to scale a purpose-driven, growth-stage company. Company Overview North Georgia Replacement Windows is a privately owned company guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and community service. Our core values are inspired by Christian values in how we operate and serve. We are rapidly growing and poised for significant geographic expansion. As a leader in high-quality replacement windows and doors, we are committed to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic financial management. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial, accounting, and information technology functions while serving as a trusted thought partner to the CEO in guiding our company’s expansion wisely and profitably. Our company values servant leadership, and we expect our leaders to develop others, foster a culture of collaboration, and lead with integrity and humility. Position Overview The CFO will play a hands-on and foundational role in shaping the financial and organizational future of the company. This executive will be responsible for building, developing, and leading all financial capabilities from the ground up, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, tax, treasury, compliance, risk management, capital strategy, and information technology. We are especially seeking a CFO who has direct experience in the home improvement, remodeling, or construction industry, where revenue recognition, job costing, and forecasting across long sales and fulfillment cycles are critical to success. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a bias for action—someone who can move swiftly, solve problems in real time, and drive execution without waiting on established systems or staff. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the details, rolls up their sleeves, and personally assesses, builds, implements, and measures each initiative. Ultimately, we need someone who leads by example and gets things done. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth ? Serve as a key advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO, contributing to the company's overall vision, strategy, and expansion initiatives. ? Understand how to model, plan, budget, and finance geographic expansion, including market entry analysis, capital requirements, and ROI projections. ? Lead capital planning, financing strategies, and investment decisions to support all growth initiatives. ? Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s rapid geographic expansion while maintaining profitability and financial stability. Financial Management & Optimization ? Take full ownership of developing and managing all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, audit, treasury, and risk management. ? Personally lead the transition from cash to accrual-based accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights. ? Build financial systems and structures to manage job costing, contract revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and deferred revenue. ? Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies. ? Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure success and drive accountability. ? Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations, as well as industry best practices. ? Build strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial partners. Technology & Systems Leadership ? Personally assess, select, and implement financial and IT systems and tools to support operational efficiency, scalability, and data security. ? Oversee and mature the IT function, ensuring it aligns with operational needs and future growth. ? Align financial and IT objectives with business strategy, including integration of data systems to support insights and reporting. Team Development & Culture ? Build and lead a high-performing finance, accounting, and IT team, with a focus on hands-on mentorship, process creation, and long-term development. ? Roll up sleeves wherever needed to build infrastructure until the right talent is in place. ? Model and champion a culture of humility, urgency, integrity, and service.

Qualifications & Experience ? 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a CFO or senior financial executive. ? Familiarity with long-cycle time projects, including project-based revenue recognition, margin management, and fulfillment planning. ? Proven track record of personally building and implementing financial systems, teams, and processes in a growth-stage environment. ? Hands-on financial professional with strong technical acumen and an entrepreneurial and owners mindset—ready to build while leading. ? Experience in leading acquisitions and driving market expansion is highly preferred. ? Strong sense of urgency and ownership with the ability to drive outcomes quickly and effectively, especially in fast-changing environments. ? Expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization. ? Familiarity with ERP, BI, and IT infrastructure implementation is highly desirable. ? Highly skilled in using QuickBooks and Salesforce. ?
